Flo TV (Qualcomm)

Paying a subscription fee for TV on your phone may not have been a great idea, but we did an awesome job supporting it anyway.

Objective

Create an end-to-end web destination to help market and support the Flo TV product.

Approach

Our UX designers, creatives and engineers dug deep to help QUALCOMM support their Flo TV offering. During an intense six-month planning phase, we helped the client map out their marketing and product support platforms. This was a complex endeavor that had to be well-planned and orchestrated in order to make it clear and easy for users to set up their service online for three distinct product offerings. By leveraging solid information architecture design, and helpful rich media and video content, we were able to guide users quickly and efficiently to where they needed to be, in order to learn what they needed to know to get their product up and running.

Results

Navigating a couple regime changes in management was a little tricky, but we were able to deliver this priority product on time and on budget with high praise from our client.
