Boost Mobile

A relatively new phone company was looking for us to give them a little boost.

Objective

In 2005, we were asked to help launch a new flagship website for Boost Mobile. Following its launch, we worked with Boost for four years evolving their main web presence and supporting various initiatives with microsites.

Approach

We incorporated a custom content-management tool that empowered five different portions of the Boost business to be managed by disparate groups across the country (phone purchase, activation, re-boost, ringtones/games, and accessories). The admin tool has been extremely successful and is still in use by the Boost teams even after a site re-skin. Additionally, we helped support a myriad of marketing efforts for Boost using digital and social media. Ranging from the wildly successful Boost Mobile Pro of Surf to Rock Corps, we’ve consistently impacted performance of initiatives and the overall brand growth.

Results

The site design helped generate 4M+ subscribers, tripled ringtone and graphics revenue to well over $1 million a month, helped make Boost the fastest-growing cell-phone brand, and helped build Boost into a credible youth brand.
